I am a fully qualified and registered Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Knutsford, Cheshire and I see both individual clients and larger groups within organisations.

With a background in business, particularly travel, and a passion for health and wellbeing that spans many years, I am able to help people to get over challenges they may have, both personally and professionally. I am committed to the highest standards, so I regularly undertake additional professional development, follow a strict professional and ethical code of conduct, through the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) and National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH). I also have regular clinical supervision to keep my skills up to date and aligned. I am Enhanced DBS checked and fully insured.

I fully appreciate the current stresses and strains that individuals and businesses are up against, the fact that it can be hard to thrive when we’re not firing on all cylinders, and how some simple changes can make a world of difference. I love to empower people to instigate positive change in their lives.

I really enjoy helping clients to become more fit and active, whatever level they are starting from, as I am also a very experienced yoga teacher, fitness coach and I offer both group and individual walking therapy sessions.

In person hypnotherapy appointments in Knutsford, Cheshire and Hale, Greater Manchester. I offer online sessions throughout the UK and corporate wellbeing sessions.
